Do you love plantains but hate the whole process of frying them then flattening them to re-fry again? Here a simpler way to make them by just using your air fryer. They came out extremely crispy just like I fried them.Â
Ingredients:
- 4 plantainsÂ
- 1/2 teaspoon course salt
Directions:Â
- Peel your plantains and slice them into equal parts so they will cook evenly.
- in a bowl, mix olive oil, and toss.
- Set your air fryer to 400° for 10 minutes.
- Flip them around and let them cook for another 10 minutes.Â
