Where is the food prepared?
We cook the meals in the comfort of your own home.
What equipment do I need?
After our consultation call, we will provide you with a list of essential equipment like cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, pans, sheet pans, and containers.
Can you accommodate allergies, gluten-free, or specific dietary restrictions?
Certainly! We specialize in making tasty and healthy meals that suit your specific dietary needs. We can create meals for Whole30, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low FODMAP, paleo, ketogenic diets, and more.
Do you guys provide calories or macronutrient breakdowns?
We focus on making our meals nutrient-rich and can customize the menu to meet your nutritional goals. We don't provide specific calorie counts or macronutrient breakdowns, but we can portion the food according to your nutrition guidelines.
How often do I need to cook per week?
Most clients use our service once a week, but it depends on your preference. We can accommodate multiple cooking sessions if needed depending on your household size or diet needs. Just let us know your desired frequency.
How long does the food last?
We recommend consuming fresh food within 4-5 days. To extend the shelf life, freeze items within the first few days and defrost as needed.
How is the menu selected?
We provide a personalized menu weekly based on your preferences and any specific requests you have. You can review the menu and request modifications as needed.
How does scheduling work?
Our service operates on a weekly recurring basis. Together, we will agree on a day and time slot for each week. We offer morning and afternoon time slots, and the service will continue weekly unless canceled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Can I work with Meal Prep on a biweekly or monthly basis?
At this time, we only accommodate weekly clients.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations; otherwise, the service fee will still apply. For more details on our policies, please visit our website or contact us.
Do I have to be home for the service?
No, we can cook while you're away, ensuring you return to a clean kitchen and a fridge filled with delicious meals.
How do groceries work?
We will send a list of ingredients for you to purchase weekly. Another option is our chef will grocery shop for you! Grocery costs typically range from $100-$150 and will be billed directly to your credit card.
What containers should I use?
We recommend using glass containers for environmental and health reasons, but we can also use any Tupperware you provide.
Do you cook for kids/babies?
Yes, we cater to the whole family, including picky eaters and growing babies, by offering creative vegetable dishes and homemade meals or purees.
How does payment work?
We arrange weekly automated payments, with options for bank transfers or credit card payments (with a 3.5% processing fee).
