Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 large zucchini, grated
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix the ground turkey, grated carrot, zucchini, minced onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and garam masala in a large bowl with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into golf-sized balls, then press and flatten into patties. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the kofta patties to the skillet and cook for 5-7 mins on each side or until browned and cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or your preferred sides.
